It took me just two ingredients and 10 minutes to make a delicious and natural ice cream. The mixer and refrigerator did the rest for me.
Summer is coming, and in hot weather you always want something cold. I have already shared with you a recipe for a refreshing lemonade (I will leave a link at the end of the article). But you can also make another favorite delicacy with your own hands - ice cream.
It is more and more difficult to buy good ice cream made from high-quality and natural ingredients. If you manage to find something, then the price will be sky-high.
The composition of purchased ice cream usually consists of two or three lines of small print. But the main consumers of ice cream are children. Therefore, in honor of Children's Day, I decided to make the safest ice cream. There are only two ingredients in his recipe - as easy as shelling pears!
Step-by-step recipe on how to make two-ingredient ice cream
- Cream 30% and above - 500 g
- Condensed milk - 380 g (one can)
- Cookies - optional, you do not need to add
Pour cold cream into a mixer bowl and beat on medium speed.
I used a stand mixer, it's faster and hands free. It took me only three minutes. The hand mixer is not as powerful, so it will take longer.
The whipped cream should have firm peaks but should not become creamy.
Continuing to beat, add the condensed milk and mix until smooth.
I put a layer of cookies on the bottom of the mold, then pour out the future ice cream and level it with a spatula.
Cover with cookies and put in the freezer for five hours, or better at night. Then I cut the ice cream into portions - and you can serve. To see what I have done, scroll to the side of the photo.
