On the eve of the New Year holidays, I want to suggest you prepare a puff salad with meat.

The salad is tall and beautiful, it is simple and easy to prepare, it turns out to be light and satisfying at the same time. Perfectly decorate any festive table!

Prepare the ingredients

  • with canned green peas, salt the liquid

  • salt the marinade with the pickled onion, and squeeze the onion
  • squeeze and salt the excess marinade from the pickled cucumbers

I salt vegetables when I boil. Therefore, when I form the salad, I do not add salt to anything. If during cooking you did not salt the vegetables, then you can lightly salt the potatoes and carrots during assembly.

Let's form a salad

  • put a detachable mold and an acetate film on the plate
  • with the first layer, lay out 2/3 of the grated boiled potatoes

So that the layer is not dry, I spread out some of the potatoes and cover it with a fine mesh of mayonnaise. I spread the second part, and also cover it with a fine mesh of mayonnaise.

We remove the salad in the refrigerator and brew for 2-3 hours. You can prepare a salad in the evening and refrigerate overnight.

Free the salad from the mold and the acetate film before serving.

Decorate the top with green peas.
