A recipe for those who, for whatever reason, do not eat fried foods. And for those who do not have time to cook for a long time.
It's difficult even to compare with something! Amazingly tasty and not greasy at all! And most importantly, I spend 10 minutes on cooking. I highly recommend it!
I'll cook one fish today. But I recommend immediately cooking more. Do not eat too much together!
For this recipe, I usually take pollock fillets. You can cook other fish like that, of course, but, as for me, pollock is the tastiest.
I spread it on the bottom of a heat-resistant form (glass or ceramic is suitable). I add fish spices and salt. Experimenting with spices. You can limit yourself to regular black pepper.
Now some onions, cut into thin quarter rings, and carrots, grated on a coarse grater.
I also always add tomato circles. I pour in a little water (no more than 20 ml), cover with a lid and put in the microwave for 8 minutes (800 W)
After 8 minutes I take out the dish from the microwave, add a little grated cheese and parsley (just a little). I cover it again and cook for another 30-40 seconds.
All! I'm serving! This dish can be cooked in the oven at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes and then with cheese for another 2 minutes.
I recommend trying it with cheese. The fish is obtained with a pleasant creamy taste, as if stewed in milk. It is difficult even to compare with something - insanely delicious! And soooo simple!
