One of my oldest son's favorite foods. Not difficult at all and very tasty.
I often cook this dish in a slow cooker. In the video below, this recipe at 07:38. There are also 2 more simple recipes that you can cook for dinner. Look - you will definitely like it))
How to cook:
We call this dish "crumbly kulesh". Both the principle of preparation and the ingredients are the same as in the recipe for our favorite kulesha. Only I cook this dish thick (even crumbly).
Finely chop the pork brisket (I take it quite a bit). I put it in a multicooker bowl and fry it. Can be taken instead of brisket any meat!
When the brisket is fried, add the finely chopped onion. I stir it. And after a minute I add the potatoes, cut into small cubes.
You don't need a lot of potatoes. But not at all without potatoes! So I always add it. Just try it and you will see how much potatoes change the taste of this dish.
I fry the potatoes for 10 minutes, then add the carrots. Salt to taste. You can add some black pepper. I fry for a couple of minutes.
Now millet. I rinse it several times with cold water until the water becomes clear. Then pour boiling water over and rinse with cold water again. So millet will not taste bitter.
I am sending millet to the multicooker. I fill it with boiling water. For this amount I take 4 cups of boiling water. And salt.
I install the "rice, cereals" program. And I cook for 20 minutes. In the "heating" mode, I leave it for another 10 minutes.
And that's it! The dish is ready! Very, very tasty!
