The dish turns out to be not so greasy, and the taste is just as good!
In the video below, this recipe at 07:47. There are also 4 more recipes for how I cook pollock. Look - you will definitely like it))
Cooking method:
I cut the fish into convenient pieces, salt and add black pepper. Stir and leave for 10 minutes to marinate the fish a little. You can add your favorite fish spices.
Fry finely chopped onion in a small amount of vegetable oil. I cook for about a minute. Then add the carrots to the onions and cook for a couple of minutes.
If you do not eat fried vegetables at all, vegetables can simply be stewed without oil.
I add tomato juice and sour cream diluted in water to the fried vegetables. You can, of course, replace the juice with tomato paste. Sour cream, if desired, can not be added.
I sometimes add a little sugar to the pan. Salt vegetables to taste.
Carcass for a few minutes. And I add fish. Pre-roll the fish pieces in flour.
I do not fry the fish (as I did before). I put the pieces of fish in the pan with the sauce.
I put the carcass on low heat for about 10 minutes, then turn the fish pieces over and cook for another 15 minutes. Turning off the fire. I leave it under the lid for a few more minutes.
And you can serve! I have rice for a side dish today.
