How to cook:
Put a sheet of parchment on the table. It is better to cut off with a margin, so that it is convenient to wrap! A bit of olive oil now (you can use any vegetable oil). You don't need much oil.
Onion rings, thinly sliced potatoes on top. Salt.
For potatoes - chicken fillet. Like this, in one piece:
Salt, spices and some mustard. Tastes best with mustard seeds. But, of course, any will do.
And sauerkraut. Precisely pickled! It contains all the "juice" of this dish! More. There should be about as much cabbage as meat.
We wrap the parchment in the form of an envelope. And put it on a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. And put the baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes.
In half an hour everything is ready. You can serve it like this, in parchment, or lay it out on a plate.
We have tried this and that. It is tastier when in parchment)) We cook in portions. Very comfortably! If it suddenly cools down, you can warm it up.
But this dish is no worse in cold form! Absolutely not greasy and very, very tasty!
