Chopped, mixed - and in the oven! What could be easier?
I love stewed cabbage and cook it often. Different ways. This method is perhaps the simplest. No movement at all! And I am always happy with the result!
How to cook:
I cut the cabbage into thin strips. I put it in a bowl.
Here are finely chopped onions and carrots grated on a coarse grater. I also love bell peppers in such cabbage. Today I have it frozen. But, of course, you don't need to add pepper if you don't like it.
Here I add 0.5 tsp. Adyghe salt and some vegetable oil.
I'm mixing it all up.
How I prepare Adyghe salt, I showed HERE. Instead, of course, you can use regular salt and your favorite spices.
You can add tomato paste or tomatoes. Sometimes I cook this dish with eggplant, beans, mushrooms, apples and even pumpkin.
I will cook in a baking bag (you can, of course, take a sleeve). I spread the vegetables and tie the bag.
I make several punctures with a needle and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
I take it out of the oven, cut the bag and serve.
But it is equally tasty both hot and cold! Delicious! The cabbage turns out to be tender and, thanks to the Adyghe salt, aromatic and slightly spicy.
The easiest way to cook, but how delicious!
