And for the first courses, and for sandwiches, and for dessert.
Now we don't even go out for bread. There is enough food at home to bake homemade bread. I have already shared several bread recipes on my channel (I cook both potato and buckwheat, and very tasty yeast-free with seeds).

But today is not a very common recipe. Small buns (also lean) that I make without the oven. We like these burgers very much.
The dough is the simplest.
Combine yeast with flour, mix. I add warm water with salt. I knead the dough.
The dough sticks slightly to your hands. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 40 minutes in a warm place.
P Then I knead the dough and roll it out about 5-7 mm thick
I cut out small circles.
Leave the circles under the towel for 15-20 minutes.
And fry in a dry frying pan on both sides.
You can serve it just like that, instead of bread. And you can make small sandwiches. For the filling I use what is in the refrigerator))
Dough recipe:
• Flour - 260 g
• Water - 200 ml
• Salt - 1 tsp.
• Yeast - 1.5 tsp.
