Experiment. I liked it, so I decided to write a post and continue.

Rarely do I stay at home alone, but here I had to)) The boys went to their relatives for a week, but I stayed... And I was left with a bunch of things that could not be quit... I didn't have time to cook something. And there would not be enough strength for that. It was a very active week.

Going to restaurants is not an option now either... And I didn't want to go shopping. Therefore, I decided to order food at home. I don't eat sushi, something fried and fatty is also not mine))

At first I decided to order food delivered from a restaurant. But it is very inconvenient - you need to wait from an hour to two. And my schedule is not designed for this in any way...

I stopped at Grow Food, a healthy food delivery service. I ordered it for the first time. They helped me choose the menu and gave me a daily layout for the whole week. But most importantly, they brought me a menu for the whole week! In my free time, I only needed to warm up the finished portion of food in the microwave. And it is convenient to take with you - everything is perfectly packed. In general, I share what they brought me.

I'll show you the menu for one day. For breakfast, porridge, a snack - a casserole, lunch - rice with fish and lazy cabbage rolls for dinner.

Breakfast. Milk oatmeal with pineapple and papaya. I ate it with pleasure! It was no worse than porridge cooked at home)) Both pineapples and papaya are very appropriate. And in terms of quantity, even a lot for me. I am full.

Snack decided to arrange in 3 hours. Rice casserole with cottage cheese and raisins. Not bad... but not mine. Very sweet for me. And a little dry. I couldn't eat at one time. For a snack, this is a lot (at least for me).

Dinner. By lunchtime I was hungry)) And then a fish was waiting for me. Steamed chum fillet with bobo rice. I didn’t have enough salt - but this is fixable. The portion seemed large again to me. But I mastered))

AND dinner. Lazy cabbage rolls. I love this dish. And I even add cabbage to ordinary cutlets for juiciness. Therefore, I ate dinner with pleasure.
