Sand dessert with jam

Ingredients: flour, jam, C0 egg, butter, powdered sugar, baking powder, vanillin, salt

Cooking method:

About the ingredients. I take jam with 0 kcal (pictured), even tastier than usual. Powdered sugar can be replaced with sahzam, and butter with less high-calorie margarine.

So, beat with a mixer at maximum speed 120 g of butter at room temperature, 90 g of powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.

After a couple of minutes, add 5 g of vanillin and an egg to the mixture, beat for a couple more minutes.

Sift 250 g of flour into a separate bowl and mix it with 10 g of baking powder for dough.

Add flour to the mixture and quickly knead with your hands - this dough does not like long kneading.

We finish kneading the dough on the countertop. If it sticks to your hands, add another 10-20 grams of flour. The dough should be soft and tender, but not sticky.

Cut out the baking paper to the size of the baking sheet. We roll out the dough directly on the sheet, covering it with cling film so that it does not stick.

We drag the sheet with the dough onto a baking sheet and send it to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10 minutes. The crust should just lightly brown.

Carefully take out the cake - it is very fragile. Trim the edges and cut in half.

The half, which looks larger (it usually doesn’t work to cut exactly in half), we coat with 2/3 of the jam.

Cover the top with the other half of the cake and flatten slightly. Cut off the protruding ends.

Evenly distribute the remaining 1/3 of the jam. On top we crumble the trimmings of the cake.

Leave for impregnation at room temperature for a couple of hours, then put in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning we cut cookies.

And enjoy 😋
