I recommend, especially as it is quite easy, but the result is always 100%. In this way, the chicken always turns juicy, aromatic, with a beautiful golden crust and taste simply delicious. I cook the chicken well, not only for everyday desktop, but also for the festive table.

INGREDIENTS

Chicken -1,5kg.

-6-9 garlic tooth.

Salt -1,5ch.l.

Black pepper - to taste

Hops-suneli -1ch.l.

Sweet paprika -1 / 2-1ch.l.

-2-3 tbsp vegetable oil

Onion 1pc.

COOKING METHOD

To begin, prepare the spices, garlic cloves 6-9 skip through the garlic press, add salt, I add salt per 500 grams of chicken half tsp salt, I have the weight of 1.5 kg chicken, so I add 1.5 tsp salt. Put your favorite spices, I add black pepper, sweet paprika and hops suneli.
