You can have different fillings, but I liked it with cabbage!
How I make these dumplings, see the video below at 04:39. There are also 4 more recipes for dumplings. With different fillings. And the dough is different. Look - you will definitely like it))
Filling
I cut the cabbage into thin strips. Carrots - grated. You can grate and grate cabbage - it will be even more convenient.
Finely chop the onion and fry it over low heat until soft. I add some sugar. In a few minutes I send carrots and cabbage to the onions.
Fry over high heat for 5 minutes. At the end I add black pepper. I reduce the fire and simmer the vegetables under the lid for another 3 minutes. Then I let the filling cool completely.
Dough
Sift flour into a bowl, add salt and an egg. Then I gradually pour in warm water and knead the soft dough.
I knead the dough well. If it sticks to my hands, I add flour (but little by little!). I put the finished dough in a bag and leave it on the table for about half an hour.
Then I take out the dough from the bag, dust the board with flour and sculpt the dumplings.
The dough is very manageable. It is molded perfectly))
Of course, you can boil the dumplings. But try baking. True, it turns out very tasty! I put the dumplings in a greased baking sheet, grease them with a beaten egg and put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
