I love curd dough - a win-win. The result is always excellent!
I really love baking #from curd dough. I cook and #biscuits, and pies, and Easter cakes, and cakes.
And recently I shared a recipe for apple buns. And not only I liked the recipe - I get a lot of grateful reviews. I will leave a link to this recipe at the end of the article. - see if you missed:
But when I have at least one orange, I prepare these "baskets" for tea. As always, everything is very, very simple!
I mix cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. I stir it. I add an egg and vegetable oil.
Then I sift the flour with baking soda and baking powder. And I knead soft dough.
I know there will be questions, so I will immediately answer: yeah, both soda and baking powder is not a mistake. Check - the result will please))
I leave #dough under a towel for half an hour.
Then I roll it out with a thickness of about 5 mm, cut out the circles. And then I form baskets.
I put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper at a distance from each other (keep in mind that they increase well in volume). In the middle I spread the orange cut into small cubes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. I bake the curds for about 25 minutes. Look in your oven. They are reddened - you can get it.
