Good day! I recently prepared rolls of chicken thigh fillet with mushrooms and I hasten to share with you a recipe.
It was very tasty and flavorful!

We will need:
- chicken thigh fillets (you can use chicken breast) - with hip juicier and tastier.
- mushrooms (I have this time oyster mushrooms).
- bulb.
- cream 10%
- low-fat cheese.
- pepper, garlic, salt.
Preparation.
Thigh fillets wash, if there is fat, then take it off. A little beat off, giving a rectangular shape.
Repulsed fillet salt, pepper and grated garlic grease - all to taste (and each has its own individual taste for salt and spices).
Fillet set aside, even pickled.
Slice the onion and fry it on a non-stick frying pan over a drop of oil (that do not burn, you can add a little water).
While fried onions - sliced mushrooms and add them to the onions, salt and pepper.
I can advise you to use the pepper from the mill, it is more fragrant and the taste of food with him rich.
Simmer our mushrooms and onions for about 5 minutes and give a little cool.
Then we begin to twist rolls.
Finished rolls I put in a form with high sides, then Berge and I salt and a little grease on top of just 2 teaspoons of sour cream.
Optionally, you can sprinkle a little cheese.
Ship rolls in the oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
