Any dish can be spiced up!
The preparation is very simple. Moreover, it is not necessary to use dill here. You can add other fresh herbs, garlic, paprika or sun-dried tomatoes, for example.
You can make this butter for dessert. It will be delicious with nuts or dried fruits. But dill is still to our taste the most))
The oil needs to be softened. I just leave it on the table to the desired state. The butter, of course, is delicious. Not margarine!
I cut the dill as small as possible. I don't use stems here (it's better to add them to dill sauce).
I mix oil with dill, add a little lemon zest and black pepper (or nutmeg). I'm mixing it all up.
I wrap the butter in foil.

I store this oil in the refrigerator for about a week. but more often I freeze it - this is how it is stored for two to three months! I love these sandwiches))
