Preparation:

First, fry the liver. 8 will need chicken livers. Remove stems, cut into cubes and place in pan. Fry over medium heat until tender and yet leave aside. In parallel, prepare the croutons. 3 slices of bread cut into cubes and fry until golden brown.

Now we take as a bow. Cut into half rings and fry one onion in butter until transparent. Then we add a tablespoon of vinegar and interfere cook for another minute. Then give the onions to cool. Preparation of the ingredients is over, it's time to take up the gas station. Mix 4 tablespoons of olive oil and a tablespoon of vinegar. Squeeze to 2 cloves of garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.

At the dish put lettuce leaves overlap. Impose on top of diced tomatoes, 100 grams of maize. There also add the prepared toast, onion and liver. Pour dressing. Serve warm salad. Bon Appetit!
