I rub carrots and cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the greens (I have dill and parsley). You can take any greens, of course. Dry aromatic herbs can be used.

Beat eggs in a deep plate.

I add spices to the eggs (here to taste), salt, grated cheese, carrots and herbs. I'm mixing it all up.

Now bread. You can take absolutely anyone. I cut it. Here, too, as you like. I cut into strips.

I spread a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet and grease it with oil.

I dip each piece of bread into the prepared mixture and put it on a baking sheet. At this time, I preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

I put a baking sheet with croutons in a preheated oven and cook for 10-15 minutes. Take a look in your oven! Should be beautifully reddened.
