Ingredients:
200 gr. slightly salted salmon and other salmon
3 pcs. beet
2 pcs. carrots
2 pcs. potato
2 eggs
onion
salt
mayonnaise

Preparation:
1. Wash the vegetables. Boil the carrots, beets and potatoes. Drain and chill all. Peel the vegetables from the skin.
2. Separately, boil eggs, cool and well cleaned.
3. Onions cut into cubes and pour over boiling water.
4. Slightly salted fish cut into strips. You can use any salmon that is available.
Fish suit from the store or pickled their own hands with a minimum of seasoning.
5. Grate boiled vegetables and eggs in separate bowls. It is advisable to use a grater with the smallest nozzle-side.
6. Spread on the table plastic wrap and put the first layer - beets.
7. The second layer of lay carrot, third - potato, fourth - eggs, fifth - onion, sixth layer - fish.
Each layer, except the last, good fluff mayonnaise.
8. Next, gently take food film ends and roll up tight roll.
Wrap the bundle with cling film in two or three layers. Then remove the salad in the refrigerator to become impregnated.
9. Before serving, remove the film and to pass on the salad dish. Garnish with a roll of mesh mayonnaise and fresh herbs.
