They write to me: "why?", "Bust", "well, no ..." But it's delicious! And economically, besides.

Why do we have so many angry people? They don't even try, but they already condemn. And what for? For the fact that we eat young potatoes with skin... But the potatoes are homemade, the skin is delicious. Why throw it away?

I must say right away that I cook this dish ONLY from scraps of YOUNG potatoes!

Here are 11 more products that you throw away, but in vain! Look - you will definitely like it))

How I make a delicious new potato scraps dish

Before peeling potatoes, wash them very carefully! For this dish I only use young potato cuttings. It is desirable that there are no defects on the skin.

I add aromatic herbs, some paprika, black pepper and dried garlic. You can add any spices, of course.

Now some oil and salt to taste. Stir and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. These are the mouth-watering potato "chips" you get:

Can be served with sauce. But we eat just like chips)) It's delicious.

Here are a few of the comments I mentioned:
