I myself am very sorry that I tortured myself, my body with constant diets. But who would have told and prompted in due time, warned and did not spoil health with diets and hunger strikes.
It is a pity that there was so little information even a few years ago about the most comfortable (in my opinion) way to lose weight - calorie counting.
Even judging by how many non-believers were literally 2 years ago, when I just started blogging. What they did not write. The main message is that if you have so much, you will never lose weight and all photos are photoshop or different people.
The worst thing is that those who wrote this did not even think about the point. They just saw a photo with food and started gasping and groaning. They were not interested in the fact that in such an amount of food there are 2 times less calories than in their usual diet, they could not even imagine this and did not want to understand and delve into it.
But I am glad that there are still a lot of thinking people. And those who have tried - have already built! And every day we are slim, more and more. And we eat deliciously, do not starve, improve our health and enjoy life.

I had plans for breakfast! Since the evening I have been imagining how I will enjoy oatmeal with fish for breakfast.
But waking up early in the morning, I felt kind of broken. I didnβt want anything but to lie in a warm crib.
I somehow made myself sandwiches on whole grain bread (75 g) with curd cheese (30 g), cold smoked pink salmon (55 g) and carp caviar (30 g).
Went out breakfast for 425 kcal.
I drank green tea, had breakfast and went to work at the computer. What is there to do? You have to work. It's good that you don't have to go to work yet.
In the afternoon I had a snack with boiled tongue (70 g) and cucumber (120 g). And where am I without green tea.
Had a snack while working on 165 kcal.
On the weekend I cooked a very large chicken based on chkmeruli motives and there are still portions of chicken left. And there was also Chinese cabbage in the refrigerator, which it was time to start processing.
I cut the cabbage and stewed it with carrots and onions - just closed the lid and forgot about it. I was in such a mood that I wanted to add spices to cabbage that I had never added - coriander and hop-suneli. Later I was very pleased with the result - stewed Peking cabbage began to play with new tastes. Who likes to experiment with spices - I advise you to try.
And for lunch I ate 150 g of stewed Chinese cabbage, 160 g of chicken thigh meat and pickled cucumber.
It turned out lunch for 310 kcal.
Thanks to the fact that on weekends I do my work on the sly, today I was able to cook beef goulash and cook buckwheat for dinner.
And my dinner is 120 g of boiled buckwheat and 180 g of goulash (weight with broth sauce) - 325 kcal.
Dinner is almost always at 5 pm. And someone remembers only this and believes that they will lose weight if they do not eat after 18.
And readers often miss the moment that 2-3 hours before bedtime I drink tea with some kind of tasty treat.
Today is 20 g of chocolate - 105 kcal and coffee with milk and syrup - 105 kcal. I can't stop eating chocolate with grapefruit pieces. I liked him very much. Yesterday I went and even bought 4 tiles while it is on the stock (as new). But everything is within the framework of the day KBZHU.
And about not eating after 6 pm, I want to say again that this is another myth. If you do not eat after 18, but before 6 pm eat more than your calorie intake, you will not only not lose weight - you will gain weight. The rule is one and it always works for everyone. We eat less than our calorie norm - we lose weight.
And my total for the day - 1435 kcal. B - 100, F - 65, U - 108.
The norm of water is drunk. I don't forget about physical education and skin care.
