How to make a zucchini snack

I cut the zucchini into circles. 6-7 mm thick. Better to cook from young zucchini. I don't even peel the skin. But, if you wish, of course, you can remove it.

I spread the zucchini on a baking sheet. Better to use baking paper or silicone mat. But you can just put it on a baking sheet. But then it must first be greased with vegetable oil.

In a separate bowl I mix the onion (chop it finely), carrots (grate it on a fine grater), chopped greens (I have dill, but you can use any), grated cheese and garlic (through a press). I add a spoonful of sour cream and a spoonful of mayonnaise (I have homemade mayonnaise).

Salt the zucchini circles and put the prepared filling on them.

You can add sausage, pieces of boiled chicken, Adyghe cheese, nuts to the filling. But I like this combination.

The onions in this dish remain slightly crispy. If you don't like onions, just exclude them or add something else.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put a baking sheet with zucchini in it and cook for about 20 minutes. Take a look in your oven.
