It was also cooked by my grandmother. I recently remembered this recipe and made it for lunch. The family was delighted! I was really able to surprise my boys with a simple potato salad.

How to cook
Peel the boiled potatoes. It is better if he lies before that at least a few hours in the refrigerator.
I cut the potatoes into slices and put them in a salad bowl. I cut it like this, coarsely:
I put the onion cut into half rings in a deep plate. I add a pinch of salt, a little sugar, a spoonful of vinegar and a few tablespoons of water. Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes to marinate the onion.
Then I drain the liquid from the onion and send it to the chopped potatoes. Dill is also here. We need dill. You can take it frozen or dry. But with fresh salad it turns out much tastier.
I add a little salt, black pepper and season with aromatic sunflower oil. The oil should be just sunflower! And very aromatic! Neither olive nor refined will do.
If you like garlic, you can add it, just a little bit. But it's better to cook without it.
