Today I will share a recipe for a very tasty salad, which my guests "drank" the very first, despite the fact that there were two more salads and several snacks on the table. All unanimously noted its lightness, originality and design method. I put the salad in layers in a ring from a baking dish with a diameter of 19 cm.
The first layer is ham, cut into small cubes, slightly greased with mayonnaise. This salad does not require a lot of mayonnaise, because it will be quite juicy anyway thanks to the grated apple layer.
Next, grated eggs on a fine grater are sent to the salad, you need only 3-4 pieces. I also grease this layer with mayonnaise quite a bit.
Next, a green apple grated on a coarse grater is sent to the salad. One small apple is enough. I do not grease this layer with mayonnaise and immediately put grated carrots on top.
I boiled the carrots in advance and cooled them to room temperature. Next, a thin layer of mayonnaise.
The final layer is cheese grated on a fine grater. I do not grease it with mayonnaise. I cover the salad with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Decorate before serving.
For decoration I use dill and some breadcrumbs. It turns out very attractive. The salad looks elegant and appetizing.
Ingredients:
Ham 350 grams
Chicken eggs 3-4 pcs
Boiled carrots 2-3 pieces of medium size
Green apple 1 pc
Cheese 100 grams
Mayonnaise 3-4 tablespoons
