Prepares for 5 minutes. Delicious apple pie.
How to cook
First the dough. Everything is very simple here. In a bowl I mix all the dry ingredients (semolina, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon).
Now the filling. Most often I cook this pie with apples. But I tried it with cherries and currants - it's also delicious.
Apples should be very juicy and preferably sour. Peel and rub on a coarse grater.
Jam for this cake will not work!
Collecting the cake. I have a mold with a diameter of 26 cm. I grease it well with butter. And I pour in some of the dough. In the video, you can clearly see how I make the layers of dough and filling (there are several more recipes with apples in the video):
I spread the grated apples on a layer of dough. Then again dough, apples, dough, apples. The top layer is dough.
If the apples suddenly come across not too juicy or if I do not use apples, but pears, for example, or berries, then pour a little milk on the cake (about 100-150 ml). But more often I don't use milk. And I use JUICY fruits for the filling.
Rub the cake on top with butter.
And I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. The pie turns out to be rosy and very aromatic! The top looks like a sandy (crunchy). And soft inside. This is delicious! Highly! And most importantly, it's very simple!
Recipe:
• Wheat flour - 1 glass
• Semolina - 1 glass
• Sugar - 1 glass
• Baking powder - 2 tsp. (or soda - 1 tsp)
• Cinnamon (ground) - 0.5 tsp.
• Butter - 100 g
• Apple (medium size) - 5-6 pcs.
• Vanillin - 1 g
For those who like to write in the comments that the "recipe is inaccurate", it is not specified what volume of the glass (let's say in grams!), Etc., I will write right away: IT DOESN'T MATTER what volume of the glass you have (200, 230 or 250 ml ). It is important to measure all the ingredients in the same glass!
Try it! This is delicious!
I found the recipe in my mom's notebook and shared this recipe for the first time about five years ago - I get only positive reviews! If you haven’t tried such a cake yet, I highly recommend it! You will not regret - that's for sure!
