Light Salt Trout (Finnish)

Ingredients: Trout, Coarse sea salt, Red pepper, peas, Dry dill,

Cooking method:

Wash the fish, wipe dry with paper towels.

Cut off a part from the tail and from the head. These parts are useful for cooking fish soup.

Middle part (about 1 kg). Cut out the ridge of the fish with a fillet knife. Remove the remaining bones with tweezers.

Put the foil in a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Then put 1/2 part of the fish fillet in a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt, red peppercorns and dry dill on top. We prepare the 2nd part in the same way. We put the prepared part of the trout on top of the 1st piece.

We wrap the prepared fish with foil, so that brine does not flow out.

We put a baking sheet with fish in the refrigerator. After 12 hours, turn the fish over and let salt for another 12 hours. The fish is ready to eat. Cut into slices on a buttered sandwich. It is possible without a sandwich)))) Bon appetit.
