A very simple recipe for a delicious and satisfying dish. Add salad - and you're done. A full dinner will turn out! And it prepares in 20-25 minutes.

First, I want to clarify that we, of course, eat other dishes as well! Our menu includes soups, meat, salads, and desserts. But my boys will never get enough of these potatoes. And in a week I didn’t get tired)) Moreover, all three like it!

I peel the potatoes, mine, cut them into small slices. Then I rinse it well, fill it with boiling water for a few minutes and dry it with paper towels.

Fry over high heat for 5-7 minutes. I constantly stir the potatoes.

I fry the onions in the second pan. I cut with feathers. Fry in a little ghee until transparent. You can also fry in vegetable oil if you don't have ghee.

After 2-3 minutes, approximately add the liver cut into small pieces to the onion.

We love this dish with beef liver. Beforehand, I definitely remove all the films from it! But you can, of course, take both chicken and pork.

After a minute, salt the liver, add black pepper and fry for 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly. Then I remove the pan from the heat.

The potatoes are already browned. Salt and fry it for a few more minutes until tender.

Then I add the liver and onions. I stir it. After a minute I cover it with a lid. Turning off the fire. I let it brew for 5 minutes. You can add dill and garlic right away. But I do it when I serve.

Chop the dill and garlic finely, mix in a separate plate and sprinkle on the finished dish. The aroma is incredible!

Try to cook! We like such potatoes even more than with meat! Well, very tasty! And fast! And really, it doesn't get bored!

• Potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
