How to cook

This dish can be prepared with any kind of mushroom. But with mushrooms it turns out tastier and faster.

First, I chop the mushrooms. Can be cut into slices or into small cubes. I have small mushrooms today, so I just cut them into 4 pieces.

I rub hard cheese on a fine grater.

I heat up a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. And I definitely add about 20-30 g of cream. I spread the finely chopped onion and fry until transparent. Then I send the mushrooms to the pan.

Salt the mushrooms. And when the liquid evaporates a little, I add black pepper and a little nutmeg. Fry the mushrooms for a few more minutes until golden brown.

You can add garlic or aromatic herbs if you like))

Pour cream over the mushrooms. I take 10% cream. After 5 minutes I add grated cheese. And in a minute you can already serve!

It tastes best with pasta (my son loves this sauce with it). But 6, of course, you can serve it with mashed potatoes, and with buckwheat, and with rice... Delicious with any side dish. Try it. Very simple! Very satisfying and delicious!

• Hard cheese - 100 g
• Champignons (any mushrooms are possible) - 250-300 g
• Onions - 1-2 pcs.
• Cream 10% - 200 ml
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
• Butter - 25-30 g
