It is tasty, satisfying to eat and at the same time to grow slim is the dream of many. And for me and my readers - dreams come true (but for someone they have already come true😉).

Thanks to nutritional control using calorie counting and BJU, as well as a minimal calorie deficit, we comfortably lose weight and maintain our normal weight:

Today I want to bring to your attention a dish that is suitable for the whole family and will perfectly fit into the daily calorie intake of a slimmer.

Magic slimming pots with chicken liver, mushrooms and potatoes.

Ingredients I used:

  • chicken liver - 350 g,
  • mushrooms - 125 g,
  • potatoes - 525 g (3-4 medium potatoes),
  • onion 1 shuka - 110 g,
  • sour cream - 70 g,
  • cheese - 45 g,
  • salt, black pepper, dry garlic,
  • olive oil for frying - 1-2 g.

Cooking.

We prepare all the ingredients:

  • finely chop the onion,
  • cut the potatoes into small wedges,
  • cut the liver and mushrooms into small pieces,
  • rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

Fry the potatoes in a frying pan with a greased drop of oil until a slightly golden crust appears.

Add the onion to the potatoes and fry for a couple of minutes.

Then add mushrooms and spices: salt, pepper, dry garlic.

We need to bring the potatoes to half-cooked.

Next, mix the fried potatoes with sour cream and chicken liver. Add some cheese.

You can add as much cheese as your conscience allows. The more - the tastier, as well as the more caloric and fatty the dish will turn out.

We put it in pots, add 50 ml of water each, sprinkle with cheese on top and send it to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
