Fast food pickled cabbage

Ingredients:

- Cabbage - 1kg
- Carrots - 2 pcs
- Pepper sweet red - 0.5 pc
- Garlic - 2 cloves

For the marinade:
- Vegetable oil - 75 ml
- Vinegar 9% -75 ml
- Sugar - 50g
- salt - 1 tbsp. l
- Black pepper -3-4 pieces
- Water - 250 mL
- Bay leaf - 1 pc

Cooking method:

1. Shred cabbage.
2. Carrots grate.
3. Pepper cut into stripes.
4. Cabbage and carrots in a bowl and add Mnemonic hands that would become softer cabbage, then add pepper and stir.
5. Puts tightly into the jar.
6. To prepare the marinade:
In the pan to pour all of the components the marinade, except vinegar and boil for 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and add the vinegar, all thoroughly mixed. Fill hot marinade our cabbage, giving cool, cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
7. 12 hours later it turns out very tasty, flavorful and crispy cabbage.
