I wash the potatoes and peel them off. But, of course, you don't need to clean it. Wash well enough.
Refueling. Combine olive oil, salt, black pepper and rosemary in a bowl. I crush a few cloves of garlic and add to the same. And fresh thyme.
Now here are the prepared potatoes. I mix with fragrant oil.
I put the potatoes in parchment and wrap them in an envelope.
I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
The potatoes are ready. You can serve. But I love it when the crust is ruddy. Therefore, I remove the excess parchment and put the potatoes in the oven for another 7-8 minutes. Better under the grill. Done!
Outside, an appetizing crust, but inside the potatoes are soft, like mashed potatoes. And very, very fragrant!
• Young potatoes - 800 g
• Olive oil - 4-5 tbsp.
• Salt - 2 tsp.
• Garlic - 3-4 teeth.
• Fresh thyme - 2 vet.
• Rosemary dry - 0.5 tsp.
