Preparation:
Cook meat broth. Today I have a pork chop, but in principle it is possible to use absolutely any meat - it is a matter of taste.
As the meat is cooked, remove from the pan, remove the bone, the meat is cut into pieces and send it back into the pan. Put 2 potatoes, diced. Add salt to taste.
400g cabbage shinkuem hands and pinch of salt to highlight the juice. Cut 1 onion, grated 1 carrot rub.
In a pan 50 g melt the butter, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and put cabbage. Fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes. Then put the onions, carrots, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 2 cloves of garlic, chopped fresh or dried herbs.
Fry the vegetables for a few minutes, then add 1 ladle of broth from the pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Vegetable filling put in a pan and cook the soup over medium heat for 15 minutes. At the end of cooking put bay leaf. We serve the soup with sour cream. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
