Dill sauce. Now is the time to cook it. Favorite addition to many dishes

Admin

Dill sauce is a great addition to many dishes! And for meat, and for vegetables, and for fish. And just like that, with a piece of fresh bread, it's also very tasty!

Preparing such a sauce is very simple. I cut the dill (it can be together with the twigs). I chop the garlic. I remove the zest from one lemon with a grater. Putting everything together in a bowl. Here I squeeze the juice out of the lemon, add salt and olive oil.

I grind everything with a blender. I transfer the finished mass to a clean jar and store it in the refrigerator. You can freeze this sauce. See the video below in great detail. There are also recipes with dill, and I also showed how I store greens so that they stay fresh for up to 2 months. Look - you will like it))

Dill sauce can be served with any dish; it can be added to salads, soups and hot dishes during cooking. Or you can make a sandwich with such a sauce - it's also very tasty!

• Dill - about 200 g (can be together with the stems)
• Garlic - 8-10 teeth.
• Lemon - 1 pc.
• Olive oil - 100 ml
• Salt
