We were all quarantined. Today my daughter did not go to school, and my son went to kindergarten. My aunt managed to fly to Uzbekistan. He says that the stations are empty and the border was closed for a month.
The husband was encouraged to wear a mask at work. We rushed to the pharmacy for a mask, but there were no masks. Now people buy them in boxes, and a couple of months ago they were not needed for nothing.
So I sit and think what to do with the reservation for the summer. Refuse before it's too late and return the money. Parents call for common sense, not to go anywhere and stay at home. Buy food, everything you need for several months.
I decided to follow their advice. I bought a bag of flour, various cereals, pasta, stuffed the freezer with meat, and the refrigerator with vegetables and fruits.
Didn't forget about water, salt, sugar, vegetable oil. As advised, I did not buy bp-ki and canned food. In my experience, these foods are high in salt and also run out quickly. How long the quarantine will last is not known.
I also remembered the recipes for lean soups and cereals, which I will now cook. And if you run out of money, this is the way out. They are nutritious and healthy.
For example, a simple chicken-flavored soup. Yes, exactly with taste, there is no chicken in this soup.
For the soup we need:
- water-3-4 liters
- onions - 1-2 pcs.
- carrots - 1-2 pcs.
- potatoes-5-6 pcs.
- vegetable oil-1-2 tbsp. l.
This soup is very easy to prepare.
Cut the carrots and onions, as you like, into cubes, slices, strips. Fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil and salt to taste.
Cut the potatoes as you like.
We put it in boiling water. After 7 minutes, add the carrot and onion roast, salt to taste.
Let the soup simmer a little and leave it on the stove to brew for 20-30 minutes.
You can add noodles to this soup.
To prevent the noodles from turning into porridge, fry them in a dry frying pan until golden brown. This is how I prepare noodles for future use. It does not deteriorate for a long time, which is very convenient.
You can also replace the noodles with rice. This makes rice soup.
Such a soup was always prepared by my grandmother in Lent, and said that it tasted like chicken. Try it, it really is. And as an option for those who do not eat meat or want to cleanse themselves spiritually.
