In today's article I will talk about three ways to check bread for quality, with which I choose fresh bread without harmful additives, and show all the ways with an example. Basically, our family does not eat bread, we switched to bread about a year and a half ago. But sometimes I want to eat bread, so I decided to look into this issue. As an experiment, I bought three "copies" of bread at the nearest chain grocery supermarket - two loaves and a small loaf. Let's check them!

1. First of all, we must examine the bread. It should be even without cracks, any inclusions and burns. Press lightly on the baked product - it must immediately take its original form, if this does not happen and there are dents on the bread, then it is better to refuse to purchase it, since it is not baked. All three samples passed this test. The appearance is also within tolerance for all three products.

2. The next, in my opinion, the most important point is the composition. The shorter the composition, the better the quality of the bread. In quality bread, never no "enhancers" will be present, namely, various preservatives, emulsifiers and other harmful substances. The ideal bread composition may contain: flour, yeast, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, water, natural spices. In the loaves, we see margarine, soy, palm oil, E-additives, various emulsifiers - what to say, no comment. The composition of the loaf is not suspicious. Scroll the photo to the right.

3. The third way to check the quality of bread before buying it is sniff it. The aroma of quality bread can be understood immediately. If the smell is too bland, "sour", then it is not fresh or low-quality bread. Of the three bread products I bought, only the second loaf alerted me, since its smell was too sweet more like a cupcake. This can mean the presence of many additives that are harmful to the body. If you liked the article - rate her like and subscribe to the channel!
