Unusual festive salad made from ordinary products. Prune salads are my weakness. I offer lard, which looks beautiful on the festive table and at the same time is delicious. #New Year
Ingredients: chicken fillet, potatoes, carrots, prunes, eggs, Mayonnaise, salt, pepper, Optionally - 50 g of walnuts
Cooking method:
Boil chicken fillet, cool, cut into small cubes. Boil and coarsely grate vegetables.
Cut eggs and prunes into small cubes. Walnuts (I don’t like them, so I don’t put them in) can be chopped with a knife.
Mix potatoes and carrots, season with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste.
Put vegetables on cling film and form a rectangle, grease with mayonnaise. Put chicken meat on top, grease with mayonnaise, put eggs, salt, grease with mayonnaise.
Put prunes in a strip in the middle of the rectangle, sprinkle with nuts, grease with mayonnaise.
Gently roll the salad tightly with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5 - 2 hours. Then put the salad on a dish, carefully remove the film, grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped dill.
Decorate as you wish. I cut olives into rings and put pieces of red bell pepper in them. Bon appetit, everyone!
