We love apple pies, so I always have such a blank in my cellar)) It is very simple to prepare. In winter, you can add to the filling, or you can just eat it with a spoon. It is delicious!

Peeling apples and rubbing on a coarse grater.
I put the prepared apple shavings in dry clean jars. Strongly "tamp" is not necessary.
I add sugar to each jar. About 2 tbsp. You can add less sugar if the apples are very sweet.
I cover the jars with lids and put them in a saucepan. I put a towel on the bottom. Pour warm water over the "shoulders" of the cans and bring to a boil.
Sterilize for 20 minutes. Liter cans - 35 minutes. Then I take out the jars carefully, twist the lids and wrap them up with a warm blanket. I leave it like this until it cools completely.
For 3 such jars, it takes me about 2 kg of apples. I use such shavings in winter for fillings for pies and pies. Very tasty and just like that, with a spoon from a can))
I keep the jars in a cool place. Unfortunately, they just don't want to stand in the closet))
