Sausage cutlets "Under the serial": I cook 4 portions for two, otherwise not enough

Unusual but very tasty sausage cutlets. Crispy crust and tender melted cheese.

How to cook:

I cut the sausages. The taste of these cutlets VERY depends on the taste of the sausages, so the sausages must be delicious!

I rub the cheese on a fine grater. Any cheese will do. I add chopped sausages, an egg, flour and sour cream to the cheese. If there is no sour cream, you can take mayonnaise.

I'm mixing it all up. It turns out a sticky mass, from which it is easy to sculpt cutlets. Do not grind the sausages in a blender, otherwise the cutlets will not work.

I form cutlets. First, I roll them in flour, then dip them in a beaten egg. And in the end - in bread crumbs.

I always cook rusks myself. It is better to take flakes (not finely ground) - then they almost do not absorb oil.

I put the cutlets in a skillet with heated oil and fry over medium heat on both sides.

• Sausages - 200 g
• Hard cheese - 200 g
• Flour - 4 tbsp. (no slide)
• Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
• Egg - 1 pc.
For breading:
• flour
• Egg
• Bread crumbs (flakes!)
