The dough turns out like fluff. Pies can be prepared with any filling. And it's not difficult at all!
I shared the recipe for this test last year and constantly receive positive reviews. If you like pies and buns (and suddenly don't know this recipe yet), I highly recommend trying this dough.
How to cook
The dough can be made in a bread maker, kneaded with a mixer or simply by hand - any method will work.
I will be using a mixer today.
I sift the flour, add dry yeast (I take those that are added directly to the flour). I stir it.
Now salt, sugar, eggs, kefir and vegetable oil.
It is very IMPORTANT here! Kefir should be warm! I heat it up a little on the stove or in the microwave.
I knead the dough. I like to do it in a mixer, because the dough is sticky. This is normal! You don't need to add flour.
Grease a bowl with butter and put the dough in it. It should be borne in mind that the dough will increase 2.5-3 times.
Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40-50 minutes. Here is such a lush dough:
I put it on the board (add some flour), knead the dough and cut it into the desired pieces.
You can cook pies from this dough with any filling. My boys are very fond of meat.
I always take minced meat mixed. I add salt, black pepper, chopped parsley and finely grated onions (I add a lot of onions - then the filling is tastier and juicier).
If the minced meat is not juicy enough, you can add some cold water.
I fry the pies in a large amount of vegetable oil for at least 7-8 minutes. Average fire. I turn it over several times. This dough does not take butter at all - another plus!
These are the pies you get:
