My household, as well as the larger population of our country as a whole, will never get tired of potatoes with meat. And when you have gastritis, pancreatitis and fatty foods, but you want something tasty, this dish is just right.

Potatoes with meat and cheese

Ingredients: pork (shoulders), potatoes, hard cheese, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, mustard (in a tube or in a jar), sour cream 10%

Cooking method:
