A new way of cooking meat for me: meat in German (and why I haven't cooked like that before)

My subscriber Olga sent me the recipe. It's hard to surprise me with meat dishes, but I fell in love with this recipe. Very tasty, very good!

I've tried a lot of recipes, but I haven't cooked that way before. German meat. I have already told everyone this recipe! Highly recommend!

How to cook

I put pieces of meat in a saucepan. I have lean beef, so I poured a spoonful of vegetable oil.

On top of the meat - onion cut into half rings. Here are 2 medium onions. And about 750 g of meat

And sauerkraut. I spread it on top of the bow. The cabbage layer should be 3-5 cm. I weighed - I needed 500 g of cabbage

I fill it with water so as to cover the cabbage.

Cover the pot with a lid and bring it to a boil. As soon as it boils, I reduce the heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.

And that's it! You can finally try it! When I cooked for the first time, I could not wait - when already?

It's just that from the first minutes it smells so delicious that it's really difficult to wait))

Try it! This is delicious! And I liked the broth with cabbage even more than the meat itself! I eat like the first course - with a spoon.

Soooo simple! And soooo delicious! By the way, you can cook with any meat. But with the beef we liked the most.
