I rarely make mashed soups because they are not very popular in our family. But this soup is now often on our menu. My eldest son really liked him. And I really like it.

How to cook
The main ingredient in this soup is zucchini. I cut them not too finely and send them to the pan. There are also several sprigs of parsley. I only use leaves. But you can take the greens along with the twigs.
Now I add a glass of milk and a glass of water.
Bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes. When the zucchini is soft, grind everything with a blender.
At the end I add a clove of garlic (through a press), spices and salt to taste. I usually add my mushroom seasoning to this soup (I call it "Invisible"). I'll leave a link at the end of the article for the recipe for this seasoning.
Beat everything with a blender again, let the soup boil for about a minute. And you can serve. Better hot, of course. Serve with fresh basil or parsley. You can serve homemade crackers with the soup.
Delicate, aromatic, slightly sweet and very appetizing soup. It's very, very tasty! Even if you haven't made mashed soups before, I highly recommend giving it a try. This soup, I am sure, will be appreciated by many!

• Zucchini - 300-350 g
• Milk - 1 glass
• Water - 1 glass
• Parsley - 2-3 wet.
• Garlic - 1 tooth.
• Spices (I have invisible mushroom seasoning) - 0.5 tsp.
• Salt (to taste)
