I used to cook this casserole with rice. But one day I changed several ingredients. And now I cook that way. It is very tasty and simple. How I love))

I pre-boil cabbage as for stuffed cabbage. Several ways how I cook cabbage, I have already shown HERE. I cut off the hard parts.

Fry the onion until transparent, then add minced meat to it and fry everything together. I bring it to half-readiness. Salt, add black pepper.

I rub the potatoes on a coarse grater and combine with the minced meat. The potatoes can be boiled slightly. But I never do that - the potatoes have time to cook.

Put the prepared cabbage on the bottom of the mold. My shape is 28 cm. But you can take a smaller form. You can cook in a rectangular one.

I spread half of the filling on the cabbage. And I pour the filling - beaten eggs and milk.

Then the second layer of cabbage and the remaining filling. Fill again. The top layer is cabbage. I cover it with a pie.

I grease the top with sour cream. I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook for about 35-40 minutes.

This is delicious. And it turns out very nicely. You can even serve on a festive table!

• Cabbage - 1 kg
• Minced meat - 800 g
• Potatoes - 500 g
• Onions - 3 pcs.
• Eggs - 5 pcs.
• Milk - 120 ml
• Sour cream
• Salt pepper
