Dessert Kinder with cereals

Ingredients: Base:, Rice flour, Cocoa powder, Butter, Egg, Sweetener, Vanillin, Baking powder, Banana, Filling:, Sweetener, Curd cheese, soft cottage cheese, Cream 10%, SOM (skimmed milk powder), Gelatin, Puffed rice (based on fructose), Top layer:, Chocolate without sugar (can be replaced with milk), Cream 10%, Vegetable oil (can be replaced with coconut oil), puffed rice

Cooking method:

Mix all dry ingredients.

Mix butter and egg. Add sweetener.

Sift dry ingredients and immediately combine with liquid. Mix.

Knead the dough. Roll out into any shape, I have a diameter of 20 cm. Bake 10 min.

Grind the finished cake in a blender bowl, into crumbs. Puree banana and combine with crumbs. The base is ready.

Lay the base in a split ring, 18 cm in diameter, tamp down, laying an acetate film along the sides. Send in the cold for 30-60 minutes.

Soak gelatin in cream, dissolve in short pulses in the microwave or in a water bath, stirring all the time.

Cottage cheese, sweetener, catfish, warm cream with gelatin and soft cottage cheese, combine and beat with a blender.

Add puffed rice. Mix. The filling is ready.

Spread the filling over the base and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Or refrigerate for an hour.

Pour cream and vegetable oil (coconut) into chocolate. Melt in the microwave or in a water bath. Mix until smooth.

Get our dessert, put puffed rice and pour warm chocolate. Send in the cold for 4-5 hours.

Dessert is ready! Happy 💕
