Cooking method:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix butter and egg. Add sweetener.
Sift dry ingredients and immediately combine with liquid. Mix.
Knead the dough. Roll out into any shape, I have a diameter of 20 cm. Bake 10 min.
Grind the finished cake in a blender bowl, into crumbs. Puree banana and combine with crumbs. The base is ready.
Lay the base in a split ring, 18 cm in diameter, tamp down, laying an acetate film along the sides. Send in the cold for 30-60 minutes.
Soak gelatin in cream, dissolve in short pulses in the microwave or in a water bath, stirring all the time.
