Time-tested appetizer recipe: I cook in 3 minutes and serve immediately

While tomatoes are so affordable and still sweet, I try to cook this appetizer as often as possible. And I recommend it to you, because it is too good. It is prepared quickly, easily, not expensively, because the amount of ingredients is minimal.

More recently, I was preparing another interesting salad with tomatoes, which many people liked. For those who missed, I'll leave a link at the end of the article.

So let's go. I use feta cheese for such a snack, but it can be replaced with "Suluguni" or "Fetaksu" cheese. But it should be noted that the taste will change slightly. I cut the cheese into cubes and send it to a bowl with a lid.

Next is the turn of the tomatoes. I use cherry tomatoes and small yellow tomatoes, but you can safely use regular tomatoes cut into large pieces. I cut small tomatoes into two or four pieces.

I put the tomatoes on top of the cheese and salt a little on top. Now it remains to prepare the dressing.

To do this, I mix sunflower oil, and a little soy sauce, add a flat teaspoon of Provencal herbs and the same amount of dry basil to them. Soy sauce can be substituted for balsamic sauce. I mix the dressing well, pour it over the tomatoes and cheese.

I stir the appetizer just before serving. If you give the appetizer a little brew, then it will be even tastier. Can be served with fresh herbs.
