I thought that cooking Korean-style carrots at home is 6 times cheaper (and my recipe is simple, I don't heat oil)

I wanted Korean carrots. I wanted to buy it already. But I looked at the price and decided that I would wait 4 hours 😊

Somehow I did not pay attention to the price of carrots in Korean before. And today she turned... 280 g - 79 rubles. Moreover, 280 g is with a liquid of at least 30% in this jar.

In general, I cook at home again. And it turns out tastier and cheaper. And I know exactly what is there, in this jar))

How to cook:

I rub the carrots on a carrot grater in Korean. If not, you can grate it on a regular grater (on a coarse one).

In a separate container I combine chopped garlic, sugar, salt, black pepper and coriander.

I add vinegar and oil. I don't heat anything. Just stirring.

And I add this marinade to the carrots.

I stir. I usually do it with my hands. With clean hands! But with what hands they do it in the same store... Another reason not to buy.

I put the prepared salad into convenient containers. I have plastic. But you can take a glass jar, for example, or a ceramic container.

I put the carrots in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. And that's all. Salad ready. You can try. Stored in the refrigerator for a long time.

It tastes better than store carrots!
