This appetizer is called "Christmas balls" because it is made just in the form of balls. It looks very beautiful and festive on the New Year's table. And how delicious! Try to cook, I'm sure you will like it :))))
Ingredients:
chicken fillet
processed cheese
Walnut
garlic
greens
mayonnaise
garlic / spices optional
olives for decoration
So, for a snack, we need to take 300 grams of chicken fillet (breast). Cook the meat until tender in salted water, then chop finely.
Add two finely grated processed cheese curds. You can take ordinary cheese instead of curds - it will also be very tasty.
Now put the herbs, chopped walnuts (about a handful or a little less), add a clove of garlic and a little black pepper if desired.
Fill with mayonnaise, mix and form small balls from the resulting mass. Roll each ball in chopped walnuts and put on a dish.
Well, all that remains is to decorate - cut the olives in half and put them on the balls. And from the branches of greenery (dill stalks) we make a loop - and we get a "Christmas ball".
We send the appetizer to the refrigerator for 2 hours, and then serve it on the table. Bon appetit, friends! And Happy New Year!
