Ingredients:

1-1.5 kg potatoes
50 gr. hard cheese
1 hour l. salt without top
2 egg yolks
a pinch of ground black pepper
nutmeg - on the tip of a knife (if any)

How to cook:

1. Peel and boil potatoes in salted water. Drain the water completely and mashed the potatoes. Pretty cool. No need to add liquids!

2. While the potatoes are boiling, you need to have time to prepare a baking sheet and a culinary bag. And also grate cheese.

3. Now you need to act quickly, until the potatoes have cooled down and have not lost their plasticity. Pour one egg yolk into mashed potatoes, add grated cheese, add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Stir quickly and until smooth.

4. Transfer the hot mashed potatoes to a bag or bag. And very quickly plant the "roses" from the potatoes on a greased baking sheet.

5. Cover our potato "roses" with whipped egg yolk and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

6. Serve this miracle as a side dish for any festive dish, but they can also be served separately.
