I was told that I would not lose weight on my menu. In two years - minus 63 kg. Now they say that the photo "after" is me in my youth.

When I just started my blog, in which I shared the results of losing weight and the experience I gained - what I have not heard enough (read a lot).

And I "eat" a lot, and the portions are large / small, and I have many / few calories (here the commentators could not decide). But it all came down to one thing - I will never lose weight if I eat like that. The words "to eat like this" each gave its own meaning.

By the way, this is how I looked when I just started blogging (by this point I had already gone from 132 kg and weighed around 100 kg):

And now my blog recently - on December 10, turned two years old.

Almost online, I lost weight up to 68 kg in front of regular readers who saw all my changes. And now I am in the process of raising the calorie intake to my norm. If I want to lose a couple more extra pounds, then I'll do it by the spring-summer.

And now they tell me that the "before" and "after" photos should be swapped, because where I am thin is me in my youth. I will not even remember about the photoshop that was attributed to me, about the fact that there are different people in the photo - all this already amuses me. Although it used to be offensive, but over time you comprehend Zen.

And now the question that haunts me. Why do people look for lies where there is none and do not try to get information that is likely to be useful for them. And blindly believe where they are really deceived?

After all, there is nothing new and supernatural in the way that I used when losing weight.

I gave up diets that did not lead to a good stable result for me, because I broke off from them and started eating all over again.

I just came to a well-known and not invented by me, working method of losing weight - counting calories and BJU:

Favorite breakfast - sandwiches. I always don't feel like eating after them for a long time, unlike cereals. That is why I don’t eat porridge, and I don’t really like them.

Today, there are sandwiches on toasted Darnitsa bread (80 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (80 g). Happened 410 kcal for breakfast.

For some, the end of the year is a huge amount of work, but on the contrary, I decided to unload myself by the end of the year - I realized that I had taken on more than I could carry. I work on the sly and look forward to the holidays.

By the way, the closure of personal correspondence on social networks freed me up a lot of personal time, which I now spend on myself and rest, and not on those arrogant lazy people who do not want to lift a finger for themselves and require a special attitude towards themselves and almost become their personal free nutritionist. So I got carried away with photographing tea, it is so bright, beautiful that I forgot about the marshmallows, and it did not fit into the composition, I had to eat it just like that, without a photo for memoryπŸ˜‚.

Until lunchtime, I quietly worked at the computer, and for lunch I heated cheese soup, which I cooked for several days yesterday.

A bowl of soup 450 g and bread (30 g) - 370 kcal.

I had lunch and to work - I need to finish everything that is planned as soon as possible and start what I love - cooking.

And I wanted to cook a salad with the "Dor Blue" sauce according to the reader's recipe. In my opinion, this salad is festive and has a direct road to the New Year's table. Therefore, I wanted to prepare, arrange and show you in advance - maybe someone would want to decorate their holiday with such a salad.

For dinner and ate salad. My portion is 350 g of salad - 460 kcal.

I prepared portions of salad so that I could only eat them, and when I counted up, the dinner turned out to be gorgeous, leaving me without a treat for tea. Well, okay. And the sauce is quite high in calories due to the cheese.

Result of the day: K - 1460, B - 101, F - 56, U - 127.

Water is transportation. All nutrients enter the organs thanks to water. It is the main component of all tissues in our body.

The correct water balance promotes digestion and disposal of waste products.

And more recently I read that dehydration negatively affects our gray matter. Our brain suffers without water!

Dehydration also causes weakness and fatigue.

To avoid problems with joints, it is also recommended to observe water balance - water is part of the lubricant of the joints.

Whatever one may say - much depends on the correct water balance in our body.
