Cooking method:

3. Once the mass begins to thicken turn down the heat to low and cook until all the desired color. You can make a toffee or caramel-colored gentle boil down to brown. Optionally add ground coffee or cocoa powder.

4. Once the desired color has turned out, remove the pan from the heat and put into it the butter.

5. All Stir well.

6. Decompose the mass of silicone molds for ice.

7. Toffees freeze quickly. For 2-3 hours.
