Someone will say that canned food is not a budget pleasure now. Yes, there is. And for soup, you don't need to buy a jar for 80-150 rubles. A sprat from a Traffic Light or a bullhead from a Fix-price is also suitable.
And one more piece of advice who has not prepared such a soup: this first one cannot be stored and reheated. Cooked and ate immediately!
Soup with canned fish in oil
Ingredients:
1 jar of fish in oil (saury, sardine, mackerel, etc.)
3 pcs. potatoes
carrot
onion
0.5 cups rice
Bay leaf
black peppercorns
salt
vegetable oil
greens
How to cook:
1. Boil 1.5-2.5 liters of water. Peel and dice the potatoes, put them in boiling water.
2. Rinse the rice and put it in a saucepan.
3. Chop the carrots and onions, sauté in vegetable oil and put in the soup too.
4. At this point, the potatoes and rice are almost ready. It means fish time. Just open the jar and put all the contents into the soup.
5. Season with salt to taste, toss in the peppercorns and bay leaf.
6. The soup is ready when the rice and potatoes are done. Serve with herbs.
Creamy soup with canned fish in butter (with cheese curds)
In principle, this is the same soup as above, only with some nuances.
How to cook:
- Carrots do not need to be grated or fried - they are cut into slices, slices or even flowers. Cooked with potatoes and isom. The latter should be taken a little less than in the main recipe.
- Replace onions with green onions and simmer them a little in vegetable oil.
- In boiling broth, already with potatoes and rice, dissolve 1-2 grated processed cheese, such as "Friendship", "For soup", "Onion".
Soup with canned fish in tomato
Again, this soup differs from the very first in our selection only in the choice of a can of fish. Here she is in tomato sauce. It can be both sprat in tomato sauce and gobies, mackerel, sardine in tomato sauce, or even fish balls.
You can diversify the soup with half rings of sweet red pepper, beans instead of rice or barley, dill or celery.
By the way, if you use canned fish instead of meat, you can get very original first courses.

Our mother even cooked borsch with that sprat. Which was unusual and strange, even in the hungry nineties. But although we were picky, we all ate with gusto.
Now sometimes I remember such soups with some kind of warmth and I cook it for my family as a memory, and it's delicious, what is already here.
